Delivery Information:
We will of course despatch all orders as soon as possible however please allow for anything up to 14 days for delivery and up to 28 days during busy periods (i.e. summer holidays). 
Deliveries will be made to the address you specify (at point of order) via Royal Mail, courier, or in some cases in person by ourselves depending on the size of your order and your location. No more than 2 re-delivery attempts will be made per order.

Returns Policy (for online sales only):
If you wish to return any item(s) for refund or exchange you can do so in person at our shop free of charge (recommended) within 14 days of receipt or you can arrange a courier/postal service if preferred at your own expense and risk.  If returning item(s) via a third party please send us a message via our Contact page in the first instance giving your name, address, order number, item(s) you wish to return and the reason for return, whether you would like a refund or exchange and if an exchange is required, what item / size you would like to exchange for. Please also include these details within the parcel itself so we can link it to you and please get a proof of posting receipt. We cannot be held responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
If the replacement item is less expensive than the original item we will refund the difference. If it is more expensive you will be required to pay the difference.
Returned goods must be in their original condition and with labels still attached and returned within 14 days. 
Returns made in person will be refunded (or exchanged) immediately where possible. Returns made via any other method will be refunded within 10 working days.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders for personalised items, such as Parklands and St. Michael’s PE kits (with printed initials), are excluded from this policy and can not be returned.

Your Cancellation Rights (for online sales only):
You can cancel your order and receive a full refund (including delivery charge if relevant) at any time (in writing only) from the point of order until 8 working days after receiving your order.  Where an order has been received and is to be returned for refund you can do so in person at our shop free of charge (recommended) or you can arrange a courier / postal service if preferred at your own expense and risk.
